At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and meet our usage guidelines to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your fragrance in its original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit within 5-10 business days.
